Our Travels - Day 27 Cloncurry to Longreach:  September 13th, 2007

After fuelling up, the group headed to tonight's stop, except George in the truck, who was stayed behind to fix a flat tyre.

The early part of the day was through the beautiful ranges, but as we travelled further south-east, the terrain became flatter and dryer.

George's truck and Allan and Carolyn's support vehicle stopped at the historic Kynuna Blue Healer Pub which was established in the 1860's as a stopping point for Cobb and Co coaches.
